Chevrolet both electric vehicles bolt ev and euv are offered in two variants and all variants come with 200 hp power and 266 lb-ft of torque. and both have permanent magnet ac motors. but both evs range is different from each other. the chevy bolt ev gives a range of 259 miles on a single charge whereas the chevy bolt euv gives a range of only 247 miles. in view of the range, the chevy bolt ev is better than euv.

Bolt EV Battery and Charging time vs Bolt EUV Battery and Charging time

Bolt EV comes with a 66.0 kWh battery pack with a dual lever charging cord – level 1 comes with 120 volts and level 2 comes with 240 volts. the bolt’s level 2 charging also increased to 11 kW by which the battery fully charge in 7 hours. it also comes with a level 3 connection DC Fast charger that can add 100 miles of range every 30 minutes.

whereas the bolt EUV comes with a 65.0 kWh battery pack which is capable to give a range of 247 miles on a single charge. it can be charged on a 120 volts household outlet. this SUV is also capable to take DC Fast charging. on DC fast charging it can give 95 miles of range only just charging for 30 minutes.

Chevy Bolt EV vs EUV- Safety features and assist

both ev to come with standard driver assist and safety features. but according to the safety features bolt ev is better than euv. because some safety features have not available in the bolt euv, while in the ev that is available. for example – bolt ev comes with adaptive cruise control, standard lane departure warning and lane keeping assist, and a standard automated emergency braking system.

also, all safety features are available in the bolt EUV. but for some safety features, you will have to pay extra. for example, if you want more advanced tech features such as Super Cruise’s hands-free driving system. and both have 10 airbags.
