2024 Audi S5 Avant: Spy Shots Show All
The camouflage on the 2024 S5 Avant, which Audi has been testing for years, is finally starting to come off, and a bare-bones prototype has been spotted in a parking lot.
The renamed wagon presents a sleek and fashionable appearance with a broad Single-frame grille and swept-back headlights with distinctive daytime running lights. A large intake and vertical air curtains connect them.

What Has Changed?
After the front pillar, the S5 Avant undergoes more significant changes, including a more dynamic greenhouse and an upward sweeping beltline.
The latter is repeated in an acute shoulder line that slashes through simple door handles. Additionally, we can make out appealing wheels and what appears to be a sportier D-pillar.
With a curved bumper that has smaller reflectors, the streamlined styling is continued at the back. The tail lights are connected by a thin illuminated stripe, and there is also a rounded liftgate.
The vehicle can have a sizable infotainment screen that is free-standing, as well as a digital instrument cluster that resembles a tablet behind the new steering wheel.

What Is Changed In Interiors?
The interior isn’t shown much in the most recent photos, but earlier shots have revealed the model will have a larger infotainment system and a freestanding digital instrument cluster. They will be joined by a new steering wheel and a simple shifter.
Although Audi has been silent about the vehicle, previous S5 Avant prototypes had obvious warning labels, so it’s expected that the final version will be built on the MLB Evo platform and have an electric drivetrain. Although more information is needed, earlier images suggested the car might have a well-known V6.
What Is To Be Expected From 2024 Audi S5 Avant?
Audi reportedly decided on a V6 turbocharged with an electric motor as a helper. The combined output and torque, as well as the all-electric driving range, are unknown and are likely to remain so until the official debut.
Speaking of which, the S5 Avant should make its debut in the near future. Don’t hold your breath for a possible US launch, though; it won’t happen, not as a wagon.

The Engine Of the 2024 Audi S5 Avant
The gear shifter is now more compact, and everything else has been replaced, including the door cards, center console, upholstery, and trim.
The model still has a noticeable front overhang, indicating that the engine was originally positioned above and in front of the front axle.
This means that it won’t likely handle as well as one of its main competitors in the segment, the BMW M340i xDrive Touring.
That’s just a probable opinion, and this could be wrong since effective packaging and the right chassis configuration could make it more efficient.
